Automatic Pole Coil Brazing Machines

Automatic induction brazing machine designed to manufacture salient rotor poles of energy generators.

Technical features:

• Able to braze pole coils up to 3 m long.
• Pressing system up to 30 tons.
• Machine frame is composed by a rotary table with a bed frame to host the pole coil, and one main machine structure hosting the induction brazing arms and the pressing arms.
• Introduction brazing system with temperature control; inductor coils are according to the required dimensions as per customer specification.
• A set of three cooling elements is arranged around each inductor unit.
• Two pressing units pneumatically move over the brazing joint to flatten the overlapping solder.
