Automatic Pole Coil Brazing Machines

Automatic induction brazing machine, designed for the production of salient rotor poles for power generators.

Technical features:

• Various machine models with processing capacity for polar coils up to 5 meters in length.
• Pressing system with up to 30 tons of force.
• The machine frame consists of a rotating table with a support frame for the polar coil and a main structure that can house an induction brazing arm and a pressing arm, or two induction brazing arms and two pressing arms (one on the right and one on the left).
• Induction brazing system with temperature control; the inductor coils are sized according to customer specifications and are interchangeable.
• A set of three cooling elements is arranged around each inductor unit.
• Two hydraulic pressing units automatically position themselves above the brazing joint to flatten the welded area.
• Control unit and operator panel with a single interface for managing the machine and the induction brazing unit.
• Integrated remote assistance module: Rimac technicians can remotely connect to the machine and start a real-time remote support session. By accessing the control panel and PLC, they can verify the machine’s operation, intervene directly, and solve the issue or provide timely guidance. The module can be connected via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or GSM card.
